Research & Development
Even before the installation of the Energy Solution System we work with numerous experts in the development and research of the VRB. Thus, we are constantly improving the quality of the Vanadium and the efficiency of the process. The focus is on the characterization of materials and their exploration. Cell and system simulations are performed, too. In addition to that benchmarking is very important as well as the development of battery stacks (flow battery test bench). The constant improvement of the use of Vanadium is very important to us so that we can offer the best possible solution.

Our experts use different ways for the quality assessment of the Vanadium electrolyte, such as visual or UV light inspection, X-ray inspection or a chemical analysis.
The X-ray fluorescence analysis, the ICP spectroscopy and the gas analysis are part of the chemical and physical analysis (e.g. FSSS, BET, laser diffraction).
